Terms and Conditions
Bookings & Payments
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A place is confirmed only once full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
Payment deadlines must be met to secure participation.
Epiphany Theatre reserves the right to cancel a place if payment is not received by the agreed date.
Cancellations & Refunds
Fees are non-refundable once a place has been confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of EpiphanyTheatre.
If Epiphany Theatre cancels an activity, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
Epiphany Theatre is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).
Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to attend sessions promptly and participate respectfully.
Epiphany Theatre reserves the right to withdraw a participant from an activity if their behaviour compromises the safety,wellbeing, or enjoyment of others.
No refund will be issued in cases where a participant is removed due to behaviour.
Photography & Filming
Photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participation within productions and performances give parental consent for marketing and promotional materials.
Parents/carers may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Epiphany Theatre.
Health, Medical & Additional Needs
Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, emergency, and additional needs information at the time of booking.
Epiphany Theatre must be informed of any changes prior to the start of the activity.
Medication must be clearly labelled and arrangements discussed in advance.
While we aim to be inclusive, parents/carers should discuss any additional support needs with us before booking to ensure we canmeet them safely.
Behaviour & Conduct
All participants are expected to follow Epiphany Theatre’s Code of Conduct.
Bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Parents/carers are expected to support the behaviour expectations set by Epiphany Theatre.
Safeguarding
Epiphany Theatre is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.
All activities operate in line with our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct, available on our website.
Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with statutory guidance.
Liability
Epiphany Theatre takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe working environment.
Participation in theatre activities involves a degree of physical activity, and parents/carers accept this inherent risk.
Epiphany Theatre’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
Epiphany Theatre shall not be held liable for cancellation or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
Illness
Extreme weather
Venue closure
Government restrictions
Other unforeseen circumstances
Personal Property
Epiphany Theatre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions orperformances.
Participants are encouraged to bring only essential items.
Programme Changes
Epiphany Theatre reserves the right to make changes to programme content, staffing, schedules, orvenues where necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy,
available on our website.Information is used solely for the purposes of administering Epiphany Theatre activities.

By booking a place with Epiphany Theatre, parents/carers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
